The Chalet

The accommodation, roughly 2,500sq ft or 250sq metres, is spacious and comfortable. The owners, who have been holidaying in different ski chalets in the Three Valleys for many years, sought to ensure that the chalet would provide a home from home for family and friends. There is a cosy lounge with space for 13 to sit and chat around the fire. A spacious dining table with wonderful breakfast-time views over the Courchevel valley and the ski slopes. A separate den/TV room where the kids can catch up with their favourite programmes or DVDs or the adults can catch up with their favourite programmes or Sports on Sky+ when the kids have gone to bed.

The chalet is furnished with lovely individual pieces, some old, but all chosen for practicality and comfort. The walls throughout are hung with a mixture of folk art and the work of local photographers and artists. The atmosphere is of comfort, cosiness and relaxation.

All the bedrooms have marble-tiled ensuites with baths to soak in after a long day on the piste or the option of a fast shower if you wish to go to après ski in the local bars. There is a large ski room with a purpose built boot warmer and ski rack. And to ease out the aching muscles at the end of the day a hammam/steam room
